Well, there’s loads of herbs that could be said to help with vitality, and something I’ve learned about herbalist’s approach to healing is that certain herbs work for certain people better than others, you should probably visit a herbalist to find out the best options for you.
However these are my go-to’s!
Ashwaghanda – strengthening, high in iron
He shou wu – energy, strength & fertility
Lion’s mane – immune system boost
Brahmi – brain vitality & alertnessIs there something a bit stronger than Damiana tea? Perhaps I wasn’t drinking enough but I felt relaxed more than ‘in the mood’?!
